Kunifure Jinja

Kunifure Jinja is an ancient shrine enshrined in the deep mountains of Takachiho. Takachiho is known as the holy land of the descent of the heavenly grandson, and the land of Kunifure is likewise filled with a divine presence. The place name Kunifure means "to feel the divine will," and it has been regarded as a sacred place from ancient times where the will of the gods is communicated.
