Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and “Goshuin Meguri” (the “App”) regarding use of the App.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Registration is completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms, applies by the prescribed method, and the App approves the application.
  2. The App may refuse registration if it determines that any of the following apply.
    • False information was submitted
    • The applicant has violated these Terms in the past
    • Any other reason the App deems registration inappropriate

Article 3 (Account Credentials)

  1. Users are responsible for properly managing their account credentials.
  2. Users may not transfer, lend, or share account credentials with third parties.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the App.

  • Violating laws or public order and morals
  • Conduct related to criminal activity
  • Interfering with operation of the App
  • Collecting or storing personal information of other users
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Impersonating other users
  • Providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the App
  • Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the App

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The App may suspend or interrupt all or part of its service without prior notice if it determines that any of the following apply.

  • System maintenance or updates are required
  • Force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or disasters
  • Any other situation where service provision is deemed difficult

Article 6 (Paid Services)

  1. Some features are provided as paid services (premium plans).
  2. Fees are as shown in the App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. Paid services are auto-renewing subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  4. Subscription management and cancellation can be done from your app store settings.

Article 7 (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw from the App through the prescribed procedure.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The App does not guarantee, explicitly or implicitly, that it is free from defects in fact or law, including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, security issues, errors, bugs, or infringement.
  2. The App is not liable for any damages incurred by users arising from use of the App.

Article 9 (Service Changes)

The App may change its content or discontinue service without notice and is not liable for damages resulting from such changes.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The App may revise these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator’s location.
