Kushida Jinja

Kushida Jinja, enshrined in the Kushida district of Imizu, has long been revered as the tutelary deity protecting this region. Befitting an area where agriculture flourishes, it is deeply venerated as a god of abundant harvests. As the name Kushida suggests, prayers of gratitude for nature's blessings are offered throughout the seasons in the serene precincts surrounded by beautiful rice fields. This is a warm shrine that continues to walk alongside the prosperity of the community.
