Koiwa Jinja

Koiwa Jinja is enshrined in the Koiwa area of Edogawa Ward, a shrine beloved by the local community. There are various theories about the origin of the place name Koiwa, but one says it comes from the abundance of small rocks transported by the Tamagawa River.
