History
Cherished as one of the Three Mountains of Eastern Lake, an ancient Tendai temple. Transmitted to have been founded during the Jowa era, its beautiful three-story pagoda serves as the symbol of the temple grounds. The grounds, surrounded by nature of each season, are particularly stunning with autumn foliage, drawing many worshippers. Through the compassion of Kannon, it is a sacred place bringing peace to people's hearts.
