Gamoyo Hachiman Jinja

Gamoyo Hachiman Jinja is a venerable shrine with Emperor Ojin as its principal deity. Within the grounds stands a massive camphor tree said to be over 1,000 years old, and its divine appearance moves the hearts of visitors. This camphor tree is known as Japan's largest giant tree and is carefully protected as a sacred tree.
