Okada Jinja

Okada Jinja is enshrined in Okada-cho, Yahatanishi Ward, Kitakyushu, and serves as the guardian deity of the local community. This area has a long history of settlement and community building since ancient times. As a shrine that has walked alongside the region's development, it continues to watch over the safety and prosperity of residents' lives. Though situated in Yawata, which developed as an industrial city, it remains a cherished place of faith that never changes.
