Saimonin

Saimonin is a prestigious lodging temple located near the western entrance of Koya, with a long history of warmly welcoming pilgrims. As a temple hall continuing from the time of Kobo Daishi, it has preserved the teachings of Shingon Esoteric Buddhism.
