Eihō-ji is an ancient Rinzai Zen temple built on Tokkei Mountain in Tajimi, continuing from the Kamakura period with an esteemed lineage. Set in the nature-rich environment of Tokkei Mountain, it has flourished for a long time as a training ground for Zen practice.
