Sarashina Jinja is an ancient shrine located at the foot of Mount Sarashina in Toyoda City, enshrining the twin imperial princes Oousu no Mikoto and Ousu no Mikoto. In particular, Oousu no Mikoto is said to have passed away on Mount Sarashina, making this place sacred ground.
