Hikikingi Jinja

Hikikingi Jinja is an ancient shrine situated at the southernmost tip of the Satsuma Peninsula in Ibusuki, serving as a sacred site of mountain worship with the beautiful Mt. Kaihaku as its object of veneration. Mt. Kaihaku, also known as the "Satsuma Fuji," is a graceful peak whose divine appearance has drawn the faith of people since ancient times.
