History

Byakko

Quietly enshrined in Yusa, this shrine preserves the ancient traditions of warrior-class faith. Since the days of Sengoku warfare, the spirits of samurai who made their vows within this sacred grove continue to watch over these grounds. This fox spirit observes how, despite changing eras, the sincerity and noble spirit of those ancestors have been faithfully transmitted. Even now, this shrine offers silent, steadfast prayers for national stability and the good fortune of all people.
