Abe Monju-in Betsu-in is the Osaka branch temple of Abe Monju-in located in Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture. It enshrines Manjushri Bodhisattva, known from the saying "three minds make Manjushri's wisdom," and is cherished as a sacred place for the attainment of learning. Manjushri Bodhisattva has long been venerated as the bodhisattva governing wisdom, and has particularly served as spiritual support for examination candidates and those devoted to their studies. Located in Abeno, while situated in an urban area, it provides an environment of quietude where visitors can calm their minds and pray for academic success. Many people visit seeking the protection of Manjushri's profound wisdom.
