Shogen-ji

Shogen-ji is a temple located in the nature-rich Omama-machi of Midori City. I was drawn to the quiet and calm atmosphere of this temple. The principal image, Amida Nyorai, is said to save people from suffering and guide them to the Pure Land. It is deeply revered by the local people for blessings such as family safety, business prosperity, and academic success. It is a perfect place for those who wish to calm their minds in a quiet environment. I was able to spend a peaceful time at this temple.
