Imamiya Shrine Hanazono

Located in Hanazono, Ukyo Ward, Kyoto, this shrine is a goryo-sha dedicated to appeasing the spirit of plague deities. Since ancient times, it has served as the ujigami (guardian deity) for the communities of Hanazono and Uzumasa-Yasui.
