History
Tsurugi Jinja is an ancient shrine located in Oda, the land once ruled by the ancestors of Oda Nobunaga. As the shrine name "Tsurugi" indicates, it is known as a shrine with proven spiritual efficacy regarding military fortune and victory in competition. Due to its connection to the Oda clan, it is said that many military commanders during the Age of Warring States visited to pray for victory. A solemn atmosphere pervades the grounds, drawing the hearts of worshippers to focus. Even today it is cherished by local people as a shrine that lends strength at life's crucial moments.

御朱印は社殿前の社務所で授与しています。織田氏の家紋をあしらった御朱印帳も取り扱っています。
ハピライン武生駅から福鉄バス越前海岸方面（織田経由）に乗り「明神前」で下車すぐ。車の場合は北陸道武生ICまたは鯖江ICから約30分です。
境内入り口に数台分の駐車スペースがあります。大型バスや台数が多い場合は隣接する越前町織田文化歴史館の駐車場（50台）を利用できます。
