History
Rooted in Yoshizu for many centuries, this temple has preserved and transmitted the teachings of Pure Land Buddhism. Though situated in Fukuyama's busy streets, the sound of nembutsu chanting continues to bring pure light to believers' hearts. Wrapped in Amida Buddha's original vow, this sacred place continues to pray for all beings' salvation.
