Sugawara Jinja

Sugawara Jinja is a Tenman shrine located in Umeda-cho, Kanazawa, enshrining Sugawara no Michizane, the deity of learning. Affectionately called 'Tenjin-san' by local residents, it has long been revered by the community as a guardian deity of the area.
