Daikokuji Temple

Daikokuji is a Buddhist temple of the Shingon Toji school located in Takumi-cho, Fushimi Ward, Kyoto. It is commonly known as Satsuma-dera. The principal image is Daikokuten, the god of wealth and fortune, and the temple has long attracted merchants and common people seeking prosperity and abundance in the Fushimi area.
