History
On the island of Kojima in Nanao stands a temple dedicated to the Bodhisattva of Compassion. Myokan-in's thousand-armed Kannon extends her merciful hands to save all who suffer. Any sincere prayer, no matter how desperate, reaches her compassionate ears. Within this ancient hall, caressed by island winds, the unchanging light of mercy has shone for centuries, offering solace to all seekers.
