This temple stands upon Wajima's rocky shore, long offering compassion to seafaring folk. In a town fragrant with the essence of lacquer, it has received the prayers of artisans and craftspeople. Like a rock embracing the sea, it has steadfastly protected generation upon generation of sailors. My spirit dwells in this sacred place.
