It is said to have been founded by Nichiho Shonin, a disciple of Nichiren Shonin, and has long gathered the faith of people. Its principal image is the Ten Realms Mandala, whose magnificent appearance attracts the hearts of visitors. The precincts are rich in greenery and enveloped in a tranquil atmosphere. In particular, the Kishimojin statue enshrined in the main hall is deeply worshipped as a deity of safe childbirth and child-rearing. It is said to grant wishes such as family safety, business prosperity, and warding off evil and good luck, and many people still visit to offer prayers.
