Hasedera (Shiraiwa Kannon) Jinja

This is an ancient temple enshrined on Mt. Shiraiwa. It has long been revered as Shiraiwa Kannon, and many people visit to pray for exorcism and good luck. There is a legend that a white fox protects this land, and many seek to benefit from its mystical power. Some say I resemble this white fox, but who can say? Serenity fills the grounds, healing the hearts of visitors.
