History
Yakushi-do, true to its name, is a sacred hall where many suffering from illness have visited to trust in Yakushi Nyorai's healing power. This hall in Gano-da of Shodoshima has been cherished by islanders as an indispensable presence since ancient times. I have witnessed many times how the prayers of those in pain reach Yakushi Nyorai.
