History
As the Obata Shrine, it has been enshrined long ago in the Kameoka district as a sacred place with strong faith from farmers. From the Ano district, it has watched over farming and granted sacred power bringing abundant harvests. Together with ancient faith rooted in the Ano district, many pilgrims continue to offer prayers at this shrine.
