History

This shrine I visited is Sakimae Jinja. It has long been deeply revered as a deity for safe childbirth, child-rearing, and family safety. It is a warm deity that stays close to the lives of the local people and watches over the happiness of families. I too wish to visit this deity and pray for the health and happiness of my family. The lush green shrine grounds bring a refreshing feeling to visitors.
