Byakko

In ancient times, the Hata clan established this shrine when relocating from Nagaokas Kyoto. During the Enryaku era, Emperor Kanmu enshrined Fushimi Inaris deity here. For over twelve centuries, this sanctuary has been revered as a haven for womens prayers, particularly for safe childbirth and childs growth. Beloved by nobility throughout history, the shrine remains a serene place of seasonal beauty and spiritual power.
