Gansenzodo

Gansenzodo is a historic hall quietly nestled in a serene corner of the ancient capital, Kamakura. It is said to bring blessings for childbearing and safe childbirth, attracting many women. The Jizo Bosatsu carved into the rock is compassionate and listens to people's wishes. The precincts have a quiet and calm atmosphere, bringing a sense of peace to visitors. I feel the warmth of this hall, like that of Mother Earth. Gansenzodo will continue to warmly watch over many mothers and children in the future.
