Taiunji

Taiuji has enshrined Kannon Bodhisattva in Iwakura since ancient times, saving the hearts of those who suffer. Known affectionately as Iwakura Kannon, countless salvations have descended here under the white fox's watch. Surrounded by Sakyo's mountains, Kannon's compassionate gaze continues to protect all near and far. However deep one's suffering, the heart finds purification upon visiting this sacred place of mercy.
