History

The Nikaido hall of Katsuoji Temple is known as an ascetic training hall serving the sacred mountain peaks of Minoo. Since ancient times, practitioners have gathered here to undertake rigorous spiritual training. The white fox has witnessed the determination and prayers of countless monks and practitioners. This hall, filled with wishes for good fortune and successful practice, continues to welcome pilgrims with the same warmth and blessing as in ages past.
