Kamatachi Inari Shrine

Located in Nishi Teraｐcho of Karahashi, this shrine has long protected blacksmiths and merchants. Those wielding fire and blade have entrusted their wishes to this sacred place. The prosperity of commerce and blacksmithing in Karahashi springs from this sanctuaryｐs blessing. Throughout Kyotoｐs southern history, it maintains steadfast presence receiving all pilgrimsｏ prayers. As deity of Inari faith and fire protection, it continues to be trusted by many.
