Joufukuji

Jofuku-ji, where 'good fortune is perfected,' stands in the luminous land of Rurikoji. This temple teaches the Pure Land teachings, offering solace to those burdened by suffering. For centuries, I have witnessed people place their deepest hopes—their prayers for karmic salvation and rebirth in Amida's Pure Land—into the hands of compassion. Their faith moves even this fox spirit's ancient heart.
