Musashi Aso Jinja, enshrined in Hamura, is a shrine of venerable origins transferred from the Aso Taisha in Kyushu. Enshrining Takeiwahatatsumi no Mikoto, it has continued to watch over the development and progress of this region. Blessed by the bounty of the Tamagawa River, it has been deeply revered as a deity of agriculture and good fortune. Standing alongside the daily lives of local people, it is a shrine that continues to be loved across generations.
