Myojo-in

Known as a great master's spiritual garden, this temple has enshrined the spirits of many ancestors and become a place where their eternal peace is prayed for. The power and compassion of Kobo Daishi still fills this place abundantly. I have been moved by the purity of purpose shown by those who visit, thinking of their ancestors. I believe that those who have departed from this world find peace through the prayers offered in this place.
