Irago-jinja

At the Cape of Irago where I gaze, silence and sea spray intertwine. Fishermen sailing far across the ocean have long offered prayers at this shrine. The divine spirit that grants bounty from the wild sea and protects lives dwells here. Together with the history of Atsumi Peninsula, it continues to gather the faith of seafarers.
