History
Tenka Daibenzaiten Sha stands in the deep mountains of Yoshino and is celebrated nationally as a shrine whose divine efficacy for the performing arts is manifest. Since ancient times it has gathered the faith of ascetics and performing artists, and is particularly known as "Tenka Mairi" in the worlds of Noh theater and traditional court music.
