Senyuuji is a temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect, located in Tamakawa-cho Bessho, Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture. Known by its mountain name Sareiyama and cloister name Senkoin, the principal image is the Thousand-Armed Kannon (Senju Kanzeon Bosatsu). It is the 58th temple on the Shikoku Eighty-Eight Temple Pilgrimage. The mountain trail approach and serene precincts have long welcomed pilgrims and practitioners seeking spiritual purification.
