Konko-in Temple

At the base of Futakami Mountain in Takaoka, this temple shines with the golden presence of its principal deity. The teachings of Fudo Myoo, the Immovable One, have guided countless practitioners toward enlightenment and inner peace. The white fox stands beside the sacred fire, witnessing the purification of desires and the attainment of enlightenment.
