Fumonji

This temple has long been a center of worship for the people of Fujisawa. In particular, Fumonji enshrines Kannon Bodhisattva as its principal image and is said to have the power to grant people's wishes. Its serene grounds offer solace to visitors, allowing them to forget the hustle and bustle of daily life. The goshuin features an image of the compassionate Kannon Bodhisattva, and it is believed that receiving it brings further blessings. It would be good to offer a quiet prayer at this temple, imbued with history and tradition.
