Tasaimishiritsuhiko Jinja is an ancient shrine in Tawaramoto-cho, and its very name evokes an ancient atmosphere. The word "Tasai" (many residing) indicates this is a special shrine where numerous deities dwell. For ages, it has watched over agriculture and the daily lives of people in this region. True to the name Tawaramoto, it has been revered as a kami protecting abundant fields and crops. The traditional sacred rituals of the community continue to be carefully passed down, deepening the bonds among the parishioners.
