This Inari shrine, located in Minato, Tokyo, has long been revered by local people for its blessings of business prosperity and abundant harvests. According to tradition, the shrine was founded in the Ōei era (1394), and throughout the Edo period merchants and farmers visited to pray for success in trade and fruitful harvests. The divine virtue of Inari Ōkami is believed to bring good results to those who put in sincere effort. Even today, many worshippers visit to pray for financial fortune and business success. The enshrined deities are Izanami-no-Mikoto and Ukano-Mitama-no-Kami.
