Kashima Shrine

This shrine honoring the Kashima deity in Daigo has been revered by countless warriors seeking victory in battle since ancient times. When I visited, the solemnity of the shrine was so profound my spirit tensed. The power of the Kashima deity remains undiminished and continues to bring courage and strength to many. Though eras change, the desire for victory remains constant, and those who come to pray at this shrine never cease.
