History
On the heights of Uozu, a branch of the great Suwa Shrine stands watch far from its Shinshu homeland. The wind goddess Takeminakata presides over the capricious weather of Etchu with divine grace. Both fishermen and farmers entrust their hopes to her eternal care, and the white fox senses the changing winds of each season.
