Myoho-ji

This temple enshrining the golden Fudo Myoo in Hongou has long scattered away evil things with its brilliant light. When I visited, before the gleaming golden Buddha image, I felt a sense of clearing away the turbidity deep in my heart. The fierce flames of Fudo Myoo never harm people but burn away only their evil karma. Unchanged since ancient times, this place continues to receive prayers for purification and achievement.
