History

As its name Hase suggests, this temple has long been revered for bringing extended happiness and longevity. Kannon Bodhisattva watches over humanity, extending lifespans and bringing good fortune. Pilgrims arrive throughout spring and autumn, their prayers echoing unchanged through the ages.
