History
Yatsushiro Miya is a venerable shrine dedicated to Prince Kaienaga, known as a loyal retainer of the Kenmu Restoration. Founded during the Northern and Southern Courts period to honor the great achievements of the Prince, who was active in Kyushu, it has been enshrined in Yatsushiro. It has gathered the faith of people who value loyalty and justice. As a sacred place where worshippers come to emulate the Prince's noble spirit and walk the righteous path.
