Hoan-ji Nanbo is a sub-temple of the Koyasan Shingon sect, holding the status of jun-bekkaku honzan. Located in Shimanouchi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, its mountain name is Shigi-zan. The principal deity is Daisho Kangiten (Shoten), and the temple is also celebrated as one of the Osaka Shichi Fukujin (Seven Lucky Gods), enshrining Benzaiten.
