Katsuragi Hitokotogushi Jinja is a special shrine revered since ancient times for "granting a single wish spoken aloud." The enshrined deity, Hitokotogushi Ookami, appears in the Kojiki and is an ancient deity who is believed to certainly grant one sincere prayer. Affectionately known as "Ichigonsan," the deity is beloved by many as a kami who values simple and heartfelt wishes.
