Tōjōji

Tojoji, formally known as Chobozan Tokoin Tojoji, is an independent temple of the Shingon tradition located in the Tojoji district of Tsuchiura City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Long serving as a spiritual refuge for the local community, its principal object of worship is Yakushi Nyorai, the Buddha of healing, who has received the prayers of countless worshippers seeking recovery from illness and long life.
