Fukagawa Inari Shrine is located in Kiyosumi, Koto Ward, Tokyo. Said to have been founded in 1630 (Kan'ei 7), the shrine has long drawn merchants seeking prosperity. The enshrined deity is Uka-no-Mitama-no-Kami, the spirit of rice and abundance. The precincts contain stone lanterns registered as tangible cultural assets of Koto Ward. The annual festival on March 15 continues to gather many parishioners, preserving the shrine's living traditions.
